A family-Friendly Guided Walking Tour of the Fossil Cliffs
Join experts from Fundy Geo Museum on the hunt for 300-million-year-old fossil footprints! On this tour you and your guide will search for the footprints of ancient amphibians. You may also find horseshoe crab trackways, wave ripples and plant fossils. Are you ready to journey back to a time before dinosaurs?
Please book online – check booking site for availability. These tours, like all Fundy Geo Museum experiences, have limited capacity and precautions in place to ensure visitor safety.
Cost: $15 per person. Children under 12 Free (must be accompanied by an adult)
Duration: 1.5 hrs
Cancellation Policy: When weather or other circumstances result in museum staff canceling an event, full registration fees will be returned. Deposits will not be returned if participants cancel less than 7 days in advance.
Please Note: Sturdy footwear is required. This is a rocky beach with moderate to challenging walking surfaces. Bring water and sunscreen, and dress for weather conditions as it is usually cooler along the coast.
