Overview
Our experience in restaurants in Australia, London, Ireland and Canada has shown us that the best meals are made with the food found literally in our own backyards. Lobster, scallops, goose-tongue greens, humanely raised pork as well as garden vegetables and herbs travel the short distance from our backyard or the harbour across the street to your plate. These tastes, which are special to this part of the world, inspired us to renovate our century home into the Wild Caraway Restaurant and Café.
We provide guests with affordable, delicious, locally sourced meals served in a uniquely colourful setting overlooking the world-famous tides of the Bay of Fundy. See the taste. Contact us for hours of operation.
On-site, book your stay in one of the three freshly renovated ensuite rooms above the restaurant and three new cottage rentals next door (one cottage is wheelchair accessible).
