This is a popular tour, so be sure to book in advance to reserve your seat! The tour is offered daily between July and October at different start times depending on the tides. You should bring a water bottle, which you can fill at the office, if needed. After checking in at our office in Advocate Harbour (1 hour and 20 minutes from Amherst; 40 minutes from Parrsboro; 3 hours from Halifax; 2 hours from Truro), it is roughly a 15 minute scenic drive, in your own vehicle, to the SUP launch site at Horseshoe Cove. Your guide will be waiting for you at the launch site where you’ll receive an introduction to paddle boarding. This tour is for people who are fit and confident in an ocean environment.
